Agreement to Our Legal Terms

We are Dumpsters Done Right (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a locally and family-owned business operating in St. George, Utah. We operate the website https://www.dumpstersdonerightstg.com (the “Site”) and provide dumpster rental services for residential and commercial waste disposal (the “Services”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Dumpsters Done Right concerning your access to and use of the Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

1. Our Services

We provide roll-off dumpster rentals (e.g., 8, 15, 20, and 30-yard dumpsters) for waste removal, including residential, commercial, and construction projects. Dumpsters are delivered to your specified location and picked up after the rental period, typically 7 days, unless otherwise agreed.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• You agree to provide accurate information when booking, including delivery address and payment details.
• You are responsible for ensuring the placement location is accessible and suitable for dumpster delivery.
• You agree not to dispose of prohibited items (e.g., hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or toxic waste) in the dumpster.

3. Payment

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Pricing starts at $300 for 15-yard dumpsters, $350 for 20-yard dumpsters, $425 for 30-yard dumpsters, and $425 for 8-yard concrete/dirt/sod dumpsters, subject to change based on rental duration or additional services.
• Additional fees may apply for exceeding weight limits, extending rental periods, or relocating the dumpster.

4. Modifications and Interruptions

We reserve the right to modify or interrupt Services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment availability). We will notify you of any changes and work to resolve issues promptly.

5. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.
